Physical panel feedback, 2026-09-30

Evidence class: operator reports on real panel input; no photograph or timed measurement was collected with these messages. Current userspace: /nix/store/r0knnb72k3p3mpmbsnfgrk66yg8gl144-nixos-system-nixos-26.11.20260919.20b1ddd. Panel boot/old-kernel identity remains separate from the activated userspace; see docs/evidence/hdmi-hotplug/panel-recovery-2026-09-30/README.md.

• The operator confirmed that the panel is visibly showing output after recovery.
• The requested navigation pass received “1 yes 2 yes”: overview entry/tracking and tapping Home from overview worked. This brief reply is not a separately explicit no-bleed/no-flicker finding or an optical recording.
• Drawer Terminal activation opened a second terminal. The operator subsequently accepted multiple windows and rejected the proposed forced focus-or-launch modification. This is not recorded as a launch failure.
• The operator could not discover how to return from Home to open windows.
• “drawer works fine. search works fine” confirms the physical scroll-reversal and filtering/launch checks requested immediately before that report; drawer timing and source-matched media remain separate.
• App header controls were unreachable: touches near the top opened the shade.
• Drawer-search keyboard Backspace at the bottom dismissed the drawer rather than activating the intended key. The operator requested simulated taps.

These reports guide the navigation correction. No proposal has been archived or its complete physical acceptance task checked from these partial results.
